Feedback and complaints about the NSCSWP
The Department of Education is committed to providing the best service possible to its stakeholders and the Australian community. This includes a commitment to managing complaints made by participants, Funding Recipients, members of school communities and the general public about the NSCSWP.
If you wish to provide feedback or make a complaint, or have a grievance about the NSCSWP program provided through Sacred Heart College, Yarrawonga, please obtain direct it in writing to the College’s Principal.
Upon receipt of your feedback, the College will progress your feedback through the College’s feedback response process, and will also provide that information to the Department of Education through its process for feedback and complaints.
